Uba Sani Reinstates Chief of Piriga in Compliance with Court Order
In a significant move towards upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice prevails, Governor Uba Sani has reinstated His Highness, Mr. Jonathan Paragua Zamuna, as the substantive Chief of Piriga Chiefdom in Lere local government, in compliance with the judgement delivered by the Industrial Court in Kaduna. The reinstatement comes following the nullification of Chief Zamuna’s removal and deposition on June 14, 2024, with the court terming the actions ‘null and void.’
